incoraggiati dalla mangiata del 25 dicembre scorso, ci siamo rilanciati nella pasta all'uovo. Non ci crederete, ma e' venuta pure meglio della volta precedente. Inutile dirlo, il tocco della mano rotatrice della maiuscola !
encouraged by the one already made on last Dec. 25th, we got again into business with egg homemade pasta. You may not believe this, but the result was even bette tthan the previous occasion. Pointless mentioning that the magictough was the rotation of Maia's hand
per quanto riguarda il condimento, vale la pena rimanere semplici semplici, perché essa stessa e' la regina, e vuole il suo (abbondante) spazio. Quindi, una salsa semplice col pomodoro fresco, e del buon olio di oliva aggiunto a freddo.
as far as the sauce si concerned, it is well worth taking it easy, as the pasta is the queen, and she requires her primary role. To make things easy, a simple fresh tomato sauce, and some good olive oil added at the end, will be enough.
Attenzione che necessita pochissima cottura, e come qualsiasi pasta non sopporta essere servita scotta !
Mind it, it requires minimum cooking, and as every other pasta, it doesn't stand being served overcooked !
